LHC sends pleas against Imran Khan’s party office to chief justice

LAHORE: A bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday sent petitions seeking removal of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan from the party office, to the chief justice, ARY News reported.

The bench, comprised of Justice Raza Qureshi, ordered to produce two petitions to the five member bench of the high court hearing similar petitions.

It will be appropriate to produce these petitions before the five-member banch, the court ordered.

The petitions were seeking removal of Imran Khan from the party’s office after his disqualification in Toshakhana case on October 21, 2022.
