The 19-year-old Michigan teenager Broc Brown has become internet sensation for his unusual height and the guy hasn’t yet stopped growing.

Brown is 7ft 8 inches tall and he adds around six inches every year to his height and if things carry on the way they have been, he could soon surpass the current world’s tallest man, Sultan Kosen, who is 8ft 2inches, said the Metro UK.

His giant physique is a result of genetic disorder which he was diagnosed with at the age of five.

His family members realised he was different when he was around 5ft 2 when he started nursery.

They have had to spend money adapting their home for such a large child, including buying an 8ft bed and a massive $1,000 arm chair, which they refer to as the big man’s chair.

Broc, from Michigan, is also too large for normal shoes and clothes, so everything he wears has to be tailor made.

He also needs specially made socks to cover his size 28 feet, which cost £14 a pair.

He was diagnosed with Sotos Syndrome, known as cerebral gigantism, when he was just five-years-old and his mother was told that he would not outlive his teenage years.
