Metro Bus Service restored in Islamabad, Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: The metro bus service operating between the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad has been partially restored, ARY News reported on Tuesday.
In the first phase, metro operations have resumed from Saddar Station to Kashmir Highway, according to officials.
However, the service between Faiz Ahmed Faiz Station and the Pak Secretariat remains suspended for the time being.
Authorities stated that in the second phase, the metro bus service from Faiz Ahmed Faiz Station to Pak Secretariat will also be restored once the remaining maintenance work is completed.

Mobile internet services in Islamabad and Rawalpindi restored after a two-day suspension due to security concerns.
According to details, internet connectivity has been partially restored in several areas of the twin cities.
On October 10, the Punjab government imposed Section 144 across the province for 10 days.
