A case was registered today against MQM chief Altaf Hussain at Karachi’s Civil Lines police station for terrorism charges. The case was filed by Colonel Tahir of Rangers.
Mr. Altaf Hussain has also faced such cases in the past, hence this is not a new happening for him, said MQM’s Rabita Committee in a statement issued here.
The MQM’s top decision-making body said party will vet all aspects of the case and will take a final decision accordingly.
All Haq Parast supporters must remain calm, it appealed.
All legal experts, the coordination committee said, are going through all legal aspects of the case.
