Qadri slams rulers over petrol crisis

In a statement issued to media, Dr Tahirul Qadri lamented, “Had the nation taken to streets for revolution, then the people would not have to stand in long queues for petrol”.

“Students are unable to go to schools, even ambulances cannot take patients to hospitals”, he added.

He said that those admitting their incompetence should also suggest their punishment.

“The Secretary Petroleum alone was made the scapegoat in the wake of petrol shortage, despite that some big shots are actually behind this crisis”, slammed Qadri.

He declared the prime minister, finance minister and the minister for petroleum responsible for the recent petrol crisis.

“Those who boasted of making Pakistan Asia’s tiger have indeed pushed it into the age of stones” castigated the PAT chief.
