Nawabshah accident leaves woman, girl dead

A mini-truck in Qazi Ahmed town of Nawabshah district rammed into a bus, leaving a girl and a woman dead. Twelve others were reported injured in the incident.

Rescue teams arrived at the scene and shifted the wounded to Qazi Ahmed Hospital for treatment of their injuries.

Over-speeding is said to be the cause of the collision between the two vehicles. The mini-truck was heading to Shahdadpur from Shahdadkot when the accident took place.

The police took the two vehicles into their custody and has launched an inquiry of the accident.
