Talking to media in Rangers Headquarters Lahore, DG Rangers Punjab said that there will be no dialogue with India on sector-commander level as Indian forces are continuously violation the working boundary.
Referring to the Shakargarh incident, Khan said that the sad incident of unprovoked firing yesterday led us to the decision. Indian forces not only injured our two soldiers but also did not allow us to rescue them, an act which resulted in their death.
DG Rangers announced that now the India-Pakistan dialogue will only take place at DG and DGMOs level.
It must be remembered that two Punjab Rangers personnel were killed on Wednesday when Indian Border Security Force (BSF) resorted to unprovoked firing at Shakargarh sector.
