ISLAMABAD: After Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan made claim of being offered Rs 10 billion to keep silence over Panamagate case, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) lawmaker Daniyal Aziz has refuted the claim by urging him to disclose the name of person who came up with the offer, ARY News reported.
Addressing a press conference on Thursday, the PML-N legislator said that Imran Khan has been found constantly diverting from his earlier statement. “First he said a relative of Shahbaz Sharif has offered him money to remain silent on the issue and later he said that the money was offered by one of his friends”, he added.
“I ask Imran Khan to disclose the names if he has been offered money”, said Aziz while stating there is no truth in Khan’s claims.
He also lambasted Jahangir Tareen, another PTI leader, for evading taxes and hurling baseless allegations on Sharif Family. “The duo is tax evaders and I challenge them to prove me wrong”, Aziz added.

It is worth mentioning here that Imran Khan while addressing a gathering in Peshawar’s Shaukat Khanum Hospital on Tuesday, claimed that he was offered Rs 10 billion to stay silent over the Panamagate issue.
“Just imagine how much money he offered me to be silent. Rs10 billion… If he can offer me this much money, just imagine how much he would offer to others,” Imran Khan had said.
