The Indian court has granted bail to Samjhauta Express blast mastermind Swami Aseemanand, sparking apprehensions from some quarters over the decision.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has decided not to challenge in Supreme Court the conditional bail granted to Swami Aseemanand, Lok Sabha.

A spokesperson of Foreign Office has said that India has not yet taken any action again Aseemanand.

“Pakistan has reservations over the Indian courts’ proceedings regarding terrorism cases”, the spokesperson said.
