KARACHI: Former Pakistani all rounder Abdul Razzaq has said Pakistani team holds the potential to defeat India despite the fact that they do not have big hitters.
“Though power hitters the likes of Umar Akmal and Sharjeel Khan are not included in the existing team, however Pakistan are good enough to overcome India in the clash clash at Edgbaston in the 2017 Champions Trophy on June 04,” he said.
He said Ahmed Shehzad, Azhar Ali and Shoaib Malik could make a big difference with their bat, while Sarfraz Ahmed and Imad Wasim would also play a crucial role to pile runs.
Abdul Razzaq said Pakistani batting will have great support of its bowling as well.
He said Imad will prove to be trump card for the national team. While, Hasan Ali, with his variations, can baffle Indian batting line.
