PM lays foundation stone of Zhob-Mughalkot section of CPEC

The prime minister arrived Zhob to lay foundation stone of the Zhob-Mughalkot section of the western route of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

Addressing the inaugural ceremony Nawaz Sharif said that launching of the development projects in Balochistan is the right of the people of the province.

The Zhob-Mughal Kot section is eighty-one kilometer long road will be completed at a cost of about nine billion rupees, whereas Qilla Saifullah-Waigam Section of one hundred and twenty-eight kilometers long road will be carried out at

a cost of around eight billion rupees, radio Pakistan reported. The Second phase N-70 Qilla Saifullah-Waigam road of one hundred and twenty eight kilometer long road will be completed at a cost of over seven billion rupees. Both the routes would be completed within two years.

Federal Ministers Abdul Qadir Baloch, Jam Kamal, National Security Advisor Nasir Janjua, political leaders including Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Mir Hasil Bizenjo, Mahmood Khan Achakzai and Mian Iftikhar Hussain, Mushahid Hussain, Chief Minister and Governor Balochistan were present on the occasion.
