KARACHI: Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Sindh, Qaim Ali Shah have taken notice of the second terrorist attack in last two days, on the Airport Security Force (ASF) Academy located at the Karachi airport – ARY News reports.
While taking notice of the second attack, this time on ASF Academy, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif directed law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to chase the terrorists and to eradicate them completely.
Officials have been providing minute-by-minute report of Rangers and other concerned authorities, to the Prime Minister.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister of Sindh, Qaim Ali Shah also took notice of the incident and directed the DG Rangers and IG Sindh to take immediate measures in this regard.
In another blatant attack in less than two days exposing ineffective security apparatus, terrorists attacked the Airport Security Force (ASF) academy earlier today after targeting airport a day before.
Terrorists attacked the ASF camp from Pehlwan Goth area. Area echoed with heavy gunfire amid retaliatory fire by ASF personnel. The academy is situated at Bitai Abad, area of Pehlwan Goth, which is next to the Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
