The home department in a letter to law enforcement agencies (LEAs) revealed that Indian spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) has been tasked to assassinate PM Sharif, in order to spread anarchy in Pakistan.
It added that Jamat ud Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed was also on the hit-list among several other prominent figures.
The letter recommended LEAs to beef up security of Premier Nawaz Sharif and others.
