PML-N reorganises party with Maryam as vice president

LAHORE: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Friday announced the list of new office bearers of the party, ARY News reported.

The reorganisation of office bearers was announced after approval by President PML-N Shehbaz Sharif.

According to the notification, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has been appointed senior vice president and Maryam Nawaz vice president of the party.

Hamza Shehbaz, Pervez Rasheed, Rana Tanveer, Khawaja Saad Rafique, Ayaz Sadiq, Abid Sher Ali and Muhammed Zubair have been appointed vice presidents of the PML-N, according to the new list of the party office bearers.

Fugitive Ishaq Dar has been appointed president international affairs, while Ahsan Iqbal will look after the party affairs as its general secretary.

Marriyum Aurangzeb will look after matters as information secretary and spokesperson.

Shebaz Sharif, Shahid Abbasi, Ahsan Iqbal, Dar, Miftah Ismail and Mushahid Hussain are included in the economic advisory council of the PML-N.

Hanif Abbasi, senior vice president

Raja Ateeq Sarwar, vice president

Hafiz Nauman, vice president
