PML-N to hold power show in Khanewal today

KHANEWAL: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) will hold its third power show for upcoming elections in Khanewal today (Friday), ARY News reported.

PML-N chief organizer Maryam Nawaz Sharif will address a public meeting in Khanewal at 2:00pm.

The public meeting of the PML-N will be held at the Railway Ground which has been decorated with flags of the party and pictures of the PML-N leaders.

Preparations have been completed while foolproof security arrangement have also been finalized.

It is pertinent to mention here that Muhammad Khan Daha from National Assembly constituency NA-145, Rana Salim Hanif from Punjab Assemby constituency PP-211 and Osama Fazal from PP-206 are the PML-N candidates for the upcoming elections.

Addressing his maiden public gathering of election 2024 campaign in Hafizabad Thursday, Nawaz Shari said that he was ousted from power by the five Supreme Court judges just because he refused to take a salary from his son.

Nawaz claimed if he had not been removed from power there would have been no gas loadsheding, inflation and unemployment in the country.

The former prime minister further said that before he came to power, terrorism had brought Pakistan to standstill but he took Pakistan out of the crisis.
