'Professor' remains steady at top spot of ICC T20 All-rounders' list

KARACHI: Skipper of Pakistan’s Twenty20 team, Mohammad Hafeez attained the top spot of ICC Ranking for T20 All-rounder while Shahid Khan Afridi is at the fifth position, ARY News reported.

International Cricket Council (ICC) has issued the latest T20 ranking on Monday; Mohammad Hafeez remained at the first position in the list of all-rounder with 427 rating points followed by Australian Shane Watson and Yauraj Singh of India at second and third respectively.

‘Doosra’ specialist Saeed Ajmal lied at the second place in the list of bowlers, as the top rank is being attained by West Indian Sunil Narine.

Australia swapped England’s sixth position with the clean sweep victory 3-0 in the T20 series, sending England down to eight position.

Sri Lanka is at the top rank with 129 rating points having India at second while South Africa at third. 

Australia opener Aaron Finch jumped five places to a career-best third position. He is now on 772 ratings points, 23 behind England's Alex Hales who has dropped down a place to hand the top spot back to New Zealand's Brendon McCullum.

No Pakistani batsmen are present in the top ten list of ICC T20 batsmen.
