ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said that Pakistan Super League (PSL) management should provide free tickets to cricket fans who are booking tickets for the enclosure named after him, ARY News reported.
Khan said that it is unfair to charge Rs. 12000 per ticket after cricket is returning to the country after a long period of time.
“The tickets for the Imran Khan enclosure should be made free of cost,” he said.
PTI leader Fawwad Chaudhry has confirmed that Khan wished that the tickets for the enclosure after his name in Gaddafi Stadium should be made free.
Chaudhry also stated that Khan said that PSL has been made an event for the elite class.
It should be noted that PTI chief Imran Khan had earlier said that the decision of holding PSL 2017 final in Lahore was nothing but plain madness.
The PSL 2017 final will be contested at Lahore’s Gaddafi stadium on Sunday (tomorrow) between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi.
