The plea submitted by PTI stated that the Islamabad district administration has denied giving permission for a public rally in Islamabad today (May 6) to show solidarity with the CJP, which is contempt of court.

It should be noted here that Justice Babar Sattar of the IHC had ordered the DC Islamabad to announce the decision regarding PTI’s rally request, but the DC did not allow the rally.

Justice Babar Sattar had also said that the PTI’s request is based on fundamental rights and the decision should be made according to the law.
