PTI rejects accusations of patients' deaths

Government confusion could not remain hidden for long on account of PTI protest in Lahore. When nothing else could be found, the government accused Tehreek-i-Insaf of patients’ deaths in ambulances, after being refused to pass through the blockades.

Advisor to the CM Punjab, Salman Rafique accused that an infant girl who was under treatment at Shahdara Hospital breathed her last in an ambulance due to traffic jam.

On the other hand, the MS of Shahdara Hospital quoted the infant’s mother as saying that she died on her way to Lahore from Sheikhupura.

Meanwhile, PTI central information secretary, Dr Shireen Mazari entirely rejected such accusations and said that the government is terribly confused upon a successful show of public support by her party in Lahore.
