A road accident took place in Mianwali’s Multan Road when a passenger coach collided with a trailer. Over speeding was said to be the cause of the incident.
At least 18 people were killed and at least 25 others were wounded in the incident.
On the other hand, 15 children were injured when a school van overturned at Indus Highway.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene and shifted the wounded children to a local medical facility for treatment. Three of the injured are said to be in critical condition.
