RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif is chairing a meeting of Formation Commanders at General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi on Wednesday, ARY News reports.
The professional and training affairs of Pakistan Army are being discussed in the meeting, sources said. The internal and regional security situation is also the topic of the discussion.
The military will also discuss the steps being taken to face the challenges to the country. They are also reviewing the rising attacks on security forces and the recent attack on Karachi Airport.
According to sources, the upcoming training exercises of Pakistan Army will also be finalized.
