According to details, the court served notice to Rana Sanaullah upon the request of Chaudhry Shoaib Advocate, who took the stance that the former minister by passing statements against the tribunal has committed the contempt of court.
He added that the ex-minister by doing so, wanted to shake the confidence of the public on the inquiry report of the tribunal.
At this the court served a legal notice to Rana Sanaullah and asked him to present an apology over his statements against the tribunal.
The notice further read that if the former minister failed to present an apology, he will have to face litigation in this regard.
