Rangers begin operation against militants in interior Sindh

Militants would not be spared in any part of the Sindh now, Major Bilal said in a statement.

The statement added that the operation has been successfully launched in remote areas of Sindh where we believe terror activities are being designed and handled.

The operation has been working according to the National Action Plan which aims at eliminating terrorism from the country, it continued to explain.

Major Bilal was convinced that without dealing with militants and terrorist groups across the province, peace in Karachi could not be maintained.

“Miscreants from South Punjab have been found involved in criminal activities in Karachi with their hideouts in the interior regions of the province. They are keeping abductees in upper and lower parts of Sindh,” said the DG Sindh Rangers.

Sindh Rangers did not rule out the possibility that Afghan nationals were also involved in various crimes that happen on the streets of Karachi every day.

He reiterated that Rangers would search every inch of the province to flush out militants, abductors and murderers as per law and insisted that their trial would be fair and unbiased.
