As seen in the viral video shared by an Indian paparazzo account on the social platform Instagram, Ranveer Singh stopped on the red carpet to pose for pictures with the enthusiastic fans, when his bodyguard, who was concerned for the safety of the Bollywood celeb and was actually trying to protect him while being mobbed, slapped him in front of the public.

Taken aback by the sudden action, Singh continued to be the sport that he is and gave a rather hilarious reaction to the moment. He held his right cheek in dismay for a while, before he fixed his glasses and continued to pose for the selfies.
