‘Rehmatul-lil-Aalameen (PBUH) Authority pivotal to improve morality at national level’

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the Rehmatul-lil-Aalameen (Peace Be Upon Him) Authority is pivotal to improving morality at the national level.

PM Imran Khan chaired a review meeting regarding the progress on Rehmatul-lil-Aalameen (PBUH) Authority in Islamabad today. During the meeting, he said that the survival of the country is in the strengthening of the moral values of its people.

He said the life of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wa Sallam Khatim-un-Nabiyeen provides the best guidance to improve moral values, Radio Pakistan reported.

The premier said the authority will prove to be helpful in ensuring implementation of Seerat-e-Tayyaba in practical life through research in school, college, university and media.

He directed to hold research on the Islamic family system and its positive impacts on society.

On October 19, PM Imran Khan had called for initiating debate and research on Islamic history in the universities and such programmes to bring the culture to the fore.

PM Imran Khan, while addressing the concluding session of the two-day National Rehmatul-lil-Aalameen Conference, had paid tribute to those who took part in decorating cities on the occasion of 12 Rabiul Awwal.

PM Imran Khan had said that the country will have to follow the principles of morality, rule of law, humanity, and meritocracy as set by the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) to become an ideal welfare Islamic state.

The premier had urged the people to follow the principles of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH to become a great nation. He had said that the dream of true democracy and prosperity will not be materialised without upholding rule of law and bringing the powerful under the law.

Imran Khan had said Islam gave rights to every segment of life, including women, slaves, and the elderly. He had said Holy Prophet Hazrat Mohammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wa Aalehe Wassalam Khatam-un-Nabiyeen is our role model and we can become successful by following His Sunnah.

The premier had said Islam also laid great emphasis on the importance of education for everyone, including men and women.

Highlighting the main features of the Rehmatul-lil-Aalameen Authority, PM Khan had said it will comprise an international cell to give a calculated response to any Islamophobic incident in the western world.

He had said the authority, will be chaired by an Islamic scholar and its aim will be to guide the youth on the path of the last Prophet.

He had said Rehmatul-lil-Aalameen scholarships will be given to the youth on merit. He said our aim is to educate the youth in such a manner that the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH becomes the only role model for them.
