Latif Khosa, the counsel of Ayyan, argued before the bench for suspending the arrest warrants pleading that his client was in jail when the customs official was murdered.
He said Ayyan being denied from travelling abroad despite court orders.
The counsel pleaded for suspension of Ayyan’s arrest warrants, which was accepted by the bench.
The court also issued notices to the secretary interior and other concerned officials.
The court adjourned the hearing till July 25.
