SHARJAH: Pakistan went for lunch at 159/5 on the scoreboard on the fourth day of the Sharjah test match against West Indies, ARY News reported on Wednesday.
Pakistan lead by 103 runs with five wickets in hand.
They started the fifth day’s proceedings at 87/4 with Azhar Ali and Sarfraz Ahmed batting at 45 and 19 runs respectively.
Azhar Ali scored his half century from 139 balls with four fours and a six to his name.
Pakistan’s fifth wicket fell at the score of 134 as Sarfraz was caught by Darren Bravo from the bowling of Devendra Bishoo. He made 42 runs from 90 deliveries with four boundaries to his name.
Azhar Ali is currently batting at 80 while Mohammad Nawaz has made 11 runs for the team so far.
