Sources said that the cases include the attacks on Karachi Airport, Mehran Naval Base and other government installations. Seventeen cases are relating to bomb blasts.
The accused are imprisoned in different jails across Sindh while terrorism charges have been filed against them.
Federal government will send the cases to military courts after scrutiny process.
Appeals of 14 convicts belonging to different terror outfits including Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Sipah-e-Sahaba, Jundullah and Al-Qaeda are still pending in the provincial high court.
