Sindh CM, newly-inducted ministers call on Bilawal

KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah along with newly-inducted ministers in the provincial cabinet met Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari here at Bilawal House on Friday.

Talking to the delegation, PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari urged the ministers to work day in and day out to comply with the expectations of the masses.

Bilawal asked the cabinet members to plan and execute policies to achieve the tasks given in the party’s manifesto.

Those called on the PPP chairman include Awais Shah, Nawab Taimur Talpur, Abdul Bari Pitafi, Murtaza Baloch, Special Assistants to Chief Minister Waqar Mehdi, Rashid Rabbani, Dr Khatumal Jeewan, Ashfaq Memon, Qasim Naveed and Nawab Wassan.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on October 15, had inducted four more ministers in his cabinet.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail had administered oath to the new minister at a simple ceremony held at the Governor House.

The ministers who took oath include Taimur Talpur, Syed Awais Shah, Murtaza Baloch and Abdul Bari Pitafi.

Taimur Talpur is son of MNA Nawab Yousuf Talpur and is MPA from Umerkot district. Syed Awais Shah is MPA from Sukkur, Murtaza Baloch from Malir and Abdul Bari Pitafi from Ghotki.
