Speaker Sindh Assembly visits MQM’s hunger strike camp

MQM’s ‘hunger strike unto death’ has entered its fourth day today. Health condition of another MQM worker grew worse today. Last day two of MQM workers were provided medical aid after their conditions deteriorated.

The speaker Sindh Assembly met with MQM leaders in the hunger strike camp and heard their reservations. He also said it was better if MQM ended their strike.

MQM’s member of National Assembly Kanwar Naveed Jamil said they had staged hunger strike after all of their hopes were lost.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif also directed Pakistan Muslime League-N’s Sindh leadership to contact MQM to address their reservations.

Last day senior leader of Pakistan People’s Party and Opposition Leader in National Assembly had also visited the hunger strike camp and met with Farooq Sattar and other senior MQM leaders.
