Bail Petitions are the important part of legal system. It’s a request to the court by the accused person which allows the accused to get relief from the police custody. These request are marked for judicial hearing where the accused is listened and decision of granting bail is taken. If the accused succeed in getting its bail petition passed he/she has to follow the process and condition to exit the custody and get relief.

Bail is only granted when the court is fully assured that the suspect will return back for trail. Very strict terms and conditions are applied to the person if he/she might not appear on his due date. Which can be even much worst then just charging an amount to sealing the valuable item.
