Contempt of Court

Contempt of court are of two type civil and criminal. Civil contempt is referred to a judicial order, judicial judgement or degree which is to be followed or proceeding should be done on a decided date is not done.

In civil contempt the first group will inform the court that the second group is not following the instructions or orders given by the court is not being followed. After the court is being familiar with the situation it will sent a notice to the second group and waits for the reply.

If the court is not satisfied with the response of the second group, then civil contempt is being implemented on the second group and further proceedings begins.

Criminal contempt of court is if someone disobey the proceedings of court or someone manipulates the case and puts planned obstacles between the proceedings of court also if someone challenges court or its jury and tries to damage the reputation of judiciary.
