Economic Coordination Committee (ECC)
The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) is an federal institution/forum used by the Prime Minister of the state who has been elected by the people of Pakistan. Prime Minister of the state is also the chairman of ECC.
Economic matter, security concern and other geoeconomic and political economics are being discussed in the Economic Coordination Committee. Formally the committee is hosted by the Finance Minister of the state along with the other economist of Pakistan.
Being as the chairman Prime Minister of Pakistan has to approve the decisions and planning’s approved in the committee meeting. Along with this chairman also has the right to roll back the initiative decided by the committee.
