Farogh Naseem

Farogh Naseem is a Pakistani politician and a member of the senate. He is also a constitutional lawyer and belongs from Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).

He is the youngest lawyer to be in the office of Advocate General. His father, Mohammad Naseem, is also a practicing lawyer.

Farogh Naseem is a highly educated man. He has a LLB degree from University of Wales. He then went on to receive a LLM from London School of Economics. He also has a PhD in comparative constitutional law from the University of London.

Mohammad Farogh’s Political Career

Farighwas elected as a member of senate on a seat aginst technocrats on 12th March, 2012.

He tenure will end in March 2018. Currently he is associated with a number of committees of Senate, namely; Inter-Provincial Coordination, Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Water and Power and Commerce. Farigh has taught law at teaching law at the Sindh Judicial Academy, Sindh Muslim Law College and Hamdard Law College. He has contributed a lot to the law journals and has authored two books.
