Greta Thunberg

Greta Thunberg Born on January 3^rd 2003 in Sweden, she is the most famous climate activist. The ordinary school girl turned into climate activist in August 2018 she begins protesting outside her school in Stockholm by initiating that climate change is much more important than the education of future generations.

So many joined her in her protest and soon within months a global movement was born by March 2019 more than 2 million students in 135 countries were striking from school just a few weeks after her birthday she attended the world economic forum annual meeting in Davos where she urged world leaders to panic for the climate situation.

Despite her youth she had bravely faced all her critics and describes having Asperger’s syndrome as a ‘superpower’ she was also invited to attend the UN climate summit in New York Greta Thunberg decided to cross the Atlantic in a zero-emission yacht later she address the UN Congress. She is also being nominated for the Nobel peace prize, she also got Normandy Freedom Prize in France and named one of the most influential people by Time Magazine.
