Mian Aslam Iqbal born on April 20th 1969 in the capital city of Punjab province Lahore. Aslam completed his bachelor’s degree in Arts, Mian Aslam also hold an MBA degree from Quaid-e-Azam university Islamabad.
Main Aslam Iqbal entered into politics in 2001 and got elected as the Nazim from UC No, 106 later in 2002 he ran for the provincial assembly seat as an independent candidate from PP-148 and got elected in his first attempt. Mian Aslam was appointed as the minister for tourism in 2002 till 2007.
Aslam stood again for the Provincial assembly seat in 2008 but got unsuccessful to detained his position, he was re-elected as a member of provincial assembly in 2013 on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf ticket while he was able to retain his position as a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate in 2018 general election.
Mian Aslam Iqbal is appointed as the Provincial Minister of Punjab for industries, commerce and investment after getting elected as MPA in 2018 general election and working under the administration of Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.
