SHO Sarwar ‘Commando’ tortured, received bribe, complains citizen

A citizen, Obaid, has lodged a complaint against the Station House Officer (SHO) Sarwar Commando for torturing, taking bribe and illegal confinement at the Sindh Home Department on Friday.
