Shaniera Akram was born in Melbourne, Australia on March 20, 1983. Australian wife of former cricket player Wasim Akram. She married Akram in August 2013 in Lahore, Pakistan.
Miss Akram is basically a Philanthropist and Public relations consultant by profession. She is 17 years younger than her husband wasim. Shaniera is the CEO of the Akram Foundation.
Shaniera Thompson and Wasim Akram appeared on India’s popular Comedy TV Show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ in India on 2016.
Her husband has been the coach of the Kolkata Knight Riders cricket team which has been owned by Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan. She became engaged to Wasim Akram in July 2013.
