Two nabbed for smuggling arms, explosives into Quetta

According to details, spy officials intercepted a rickshaw at Mall Road here on Thursday and seized a huge cache of arms and explosives from it. The recovered arms included 24 shells of RPG-7, eight Kalashnikovs, six hand grenades, detonators and explosives.

Sources told that these weapons and ammunition were being transferred to banned organization Baluchistan Liberation Army (BLA) in Quetta, from Afghanistan.

The seized arms and explosives were to be used in a major terrorism activity in Quetta on Sunday.

The intelligence officials shifted both the arrested terrorists to an undisclosed location, who are expected to make some critical revelations.
