Raheel Sharif was also conferred with US Legion of Merit military medal for brave leadership, sagacity, vision, efforts for peace and stability in South Asia region.
The US Army Chief was also present in the ceremony.
General Sharif was presented gun salute in the United States at an impressive guard of honor ceremony. General Raheel reviewed the parade.
