US senators meet COAS Sharif; discuss defense, security affairs

According to details, the meeting took place at Pakistan Army’s General Head Quarters (GHQ) here on Monday.

The ISPR, military’s public relations wing, said in a statement that the US senators exchanged views with the Army Chief on defense and mutual interest affairs.

On this occasion, affairs pertaining to Pak-US defense and security cooperation and the overall security situation of the region also came under discussion.
