THANE, India: A man faced an unexpected as well as gruesome response from a restaurant staff in India after complaining about food.
A man suffered grievous injuries when a eatery, reportedly a Chinese, staff threw hot oil at customer for complaining about food. The incident reported from Ulhas Nagar in Thane. The staff flung hot oil on a customer following a heated argument.
The customer who had gone to the Chinese corner with his friends first complained to the owner about the taste of the food and then created an issue over the bill.
In the video, the customer is seen throwing an object at the staff, and the staff retaliating by throwing hot oil at him. The victim suffered burn injuries on his face.
The victim was identified as Vikas Markse who had gone along with his 3 friends to the eatery where he had suffered burn injuries.
A case was registered on the eatery staff and investigation is underway.
