According to details, Modi reached the Russian capital on Wednesday where he was received by top Russian officials.
He was presented with the guard of honor upon his arrival to the country. Modi, without stopping for the Russian national anthem, alone started to inspect the guard of honor.
The Russian official, standing next to Modi, grabbed the Indian prime minister’s arm and pulled him back.

Indian PM also met Russian President Vladimir Putin after reaching the country.
