DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A security guard was killed during a hand grenade and firing attack near Gomal Medical College here in Dera Ismail Khan, ARY News reports on Monday.
According to police, a hand grenade was hurled near Gomal Medical College which exploded whereas attackers also opened fire due to which a security guard was killed.
The attackers managed to flee the scene.
Police has started the search for the people involved in the incident.
