Amid all the arguments, counter arguments and celebrations on social media during former PM Nawaz Sharif’s GT Road rally, an interesting encounter took place between the former premier’s daughter Maryam Nawaz Sharif and the ruling party’s top rival Imran Khan.
As Imran Khan criticised Nawaz Sharif for “speaking from a bulletproof car” and said that Nawaz is fearful of death, a number of PML-N supporters replied Imran Khan with all sorts of GIFs, pictures and counter arguments but none thought that Maryam Nawaz herself will take out time to reply to the PTI chief.
“Nawaz Sharif’s struggle is bigger than all of you stooges combined. You have lost it completely. Your heartburn is understandable. You are irrelevant,” she said in her tweet.

Imran Khan’s tweet came soon after Nawaz Sharif’s speech to party supporters at Jhelum.
Nawaz, during his speech, urged his supporters to stand up for the respect of their vote as the PM elected by their votes was removed by a “single minute” decision of five judges.
Thousands have attended the rally as Mian Nawaz Sharif left Islamabad for Lahore on Wednesday.

Supreme Court disqualified Nawaz Sharif on July 28 from holding public office in Panama papers case.
The judges ruled that Nawaz had been dishonest to the parliament and the courts in not disclosing his employment in the Dubai-based Capital FZE company in his 2013 nomination papers, and thus, could not be deemed fit to hold PM office.
