Marvel’s ‘Secret Invasion’ trailer: Nick Fury returns for one last fight

Marvel Studios dropped a new trailer for their upcoming miniseries ‘Secret Invasion’ during Sunday Night Baseball.

The dark and gritty two-minute-long new trailer sees Samuel L. Jackson reprising his role as Nick Fury, back from the dead, for one last fight, as he along with his allies attempt to stop the Skrulls from infiltrating the highest levels of power on Earth.

The trailer also teases the emergence of Skrulls, waiting to take over the Earth to make their mark.

Speaking about the series earlier, cast member Martin Freeman who essays former CIA agent Everett K Ross, teased that it is nothing like Marvel had done before. “It feels pretty different to the stuff I’ve seen. It does feel like a little departure. Yeah, it does – in ways that I wouldn’t be that able to describe. Again, I’ve not seen it. I’ve not even read all of it,” he had said.
