ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan is likely to meet Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) after the government delegation is set to meet the party leaders in Islamabad, ARY NEWS reported.
The government delegation which is in Lahore to meet PML-Q leader and Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi will meet MQM-P Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui after their return to Islamabad.
The government delegation will seek answers from MQM-P regarding a message from the prime minister while sources further claimed that a meeting will also be arranged for MQM-P with Imran Khan.
Previously, a government delegation led by Shah Mahmood Qureshi has held a meeting with Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) leaders in Islamabad.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi along with Asad Umar and Pervaiz Khattak met the MQM delegation. During the meeting, Qureshi conveyed the important message of Prime Minister Imran Khan to the MQM-P leadership.
The meeting was also attended by federal ministers Farogh Naseem, Aminul Haque and Javed Hanif.
Meanwhile, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui praised the incumbent government and said that they have fulfilled the promises with the party more than any other previous governments.

He said that it is unfortunate that Sindh is known for the corrupt practices and now the government employees should vow to serve the masses.
Siddiqui said that the situation could not be changed through change of faces but only with the change in intentions.
