Expanding the core of investigation and anticipating a breakthrough in the case on Wednesday, Official sources revealed that a special team would hold an enquiry with militants in Karachi Central Jail today as they also plan to take members of few banned outfits into the investigation fold.

Police and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) in Karachi have already booked several suspects after conducting search operation in varying parts of the city since the incident happened on Monday.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah also met Corps Commander Karachi Lieutenant General Naveed Mukhtar today and got a detailed briefing on the latest developments in the Owais Shah Abduction case.
Advocate Owais Shah went missing from near a superstore in a posh area of the metropolis on Monday. He was last seen at a supermarket in Clifton after Iftar.

ARY News quoted eyewitnesses as saying that when Advocate Owais came out of the superstore, four masked gunmen got down from a white colour car bearing a police registration number plate and intercepted him.
At first, Advocate Owais put up some resistance, but later the men overpowered him and whisked him away to an unknown location. His car was later found abandoned within the jurisdiction of Shahrah-e-Faisal Police Station in Karachi and last seen in Manghopir area after over 28 hours of his abduction.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif after taking notice of his disappearance has directed LEAs to ensure Advocate Owais safe recovery at the earliest.
