Tired of waiting in lines at NADRA centres? Here’s new facility introduced

KARACHI: Fed up with long queues at NADRA service centres? NADRA centres are introducing several new conveniences, including the renewal of national identity cards at post offices in Karachi.

To provide these services, counters have been established at 10 General Post Offices (GPOs) in Karachi including Saddar and II Chandragar Road, where devices are linked to the NADRA system.

NICs can be renewed at the post office for up to one year after expiry.

However, biometric facilities for blood relations are not available there, and NIC forms must be renewed by a Grade 16 officer. Additionally, PRC and Form B facilities are also not available at the post offices.
