KARACHI: Heatwave continues to agonize Pakistanis as the mercury jumped upto 50 degrees centigrade in several cities of the country, ARY News reports.
The temperature of Karachi was recorded 42 degree centigrade. The Interior Sindh is also suffering from the intense summer . The temperature of Rahim Yar Khan was recorded as 47 degrees centigrade.
In Punjab, the situation is no different as heatwave is prevalent in most parts of the province. The mercury in Punjab reached 47 degrees centigrade.
Intense summer is also being witnessed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
Citizens are visiting parks, beaches and recreational spots to battle the weather whereas the demand for cold beverages has also been increased.
